„Stronger“ ist bereits das fünfte Studioalbum der Progressive/ Power Metal Band „Ivory Tower“ aus dem hohen Norden Deutschlands. Mit zwölf aggressiven, Power geladenen Tracks sind sie ab dem 23. August 2019 zurück. Der Opener „The Offer“ beginnt mit einem Wind- und Meeresrauschen und dem Klang einer Akustikgitarre. Ein Trommelwirbel bringt den nötigen Schwung und der Gesang des neuen Sängers Dirk Meyer zeigt sich in voller Spannweite. Die erste Singleauskopplung „Loser“ klingt etwas nach Trash und hat einen unermüdlichen Drive und einen mitreißenden Refrain, der schnell im Gedächtnis hängen  bleibt. Gefolgt von der neuen Single „End Transmission“, welche für mich der herausragendste Song des ganzen Albums ist. Der Sound enthält exzellente, brillante Gitarrensolos des Gitarristen (Sven Böge), und harte Drumbeats (Thorsten Thrunke) und ein kräftiger Bass (Björn Bombach) geben dem Ganzen die persönliche Note. Unterstrichen werden alle Tracks durch melodiöse Keyboardeinlagen (Frank Fasold). Auf der Platte ist alles vertreten, was das Herz begehrt – von instrumental, zu harten Metal-Riffs bis hin zu Rhythmus- und Tempowechseln in der Spielweise. Frontmann Dirk Meyer setzt immer mal wieder einen „Hook“ mit seiner markanten Stimme. Mit einer Spielzeit von ca. 76 Minuten ist „Stronger“ länger, als man es sonst von Alben gewohnt ist . Alle Lieder wurden von Sven Böge im Ivory Tower Studio (Kiel) abgemischt und von Tony Lindgren in den Fascination Street Studios (Örebro, Schweden) gemastert. Das Artwork wurde entwarf Jan Yrlund von Darkgrove Design.

„Stronger“ macht seinem Namen alle Ehre, denn dies könnte der Durchbruch für die bis jetzt noch nicht ganz so bekannte Gruppe „IVORY TOWER“ werden.

„Stronger“ is already the fifth studio album of the progressive/ power metal band „Ivory Tower“ from the high north of Germany. With twelve aggressive, powerful tracks they will be back on 23 August 2019. The opener „The Offer“ starts with the sound of the ocean and an acoustic guitar. A drum roll brings the necessary kick and the singing of the new singer Dirk Meyer appears in full span. The first single „Loser“ sounds a bit like trash and has an untiring drive and a stirring chorus, which is quickly remembered. Followed by the new single „End Transmission“, which for me is the most outstanding song of the whole album. The sound contains excellent, brilliant guitar solos by the guitarist (Sven Böge), and hard drum beats (Thorsten Thrunke) and a powerful bass (Björn Bombach) give the whole a personal touch. All tracks are underlined by melodic keyboards (Frank Fasold). The record contains everything your heart desires – from instrumental to hard metal riffs to rhythm and tempo changes in the way of playing. Frontman Dirk Meyer sets a „hook“ with his distinctive voice every now and then. With a playing time of about 76 minutes „Stronger“ is longer than you are expecting from albums. All songs were mixed by Sven Böge in the Ivory Tower Studio (Kiel) and mastered by Tony Lindgren in the Fascination Street Studios (Örebro, Sweden). The artwork was designed by Jan Yrlund of Darkgrove Design.

„Stronger“ lives worth its name, because this could be the breakthrough for the so far not so well known group „IVORY TOWER“.
